In this role, you will review contractor OEM technical documentation and supervise all mechanical works carried out on turbines, ensuring compliance with manuals, HSE, and quality requirements. This is a technical and supervisory role within construction, not a quality-department role.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nIn this role, you will:\nReview contractor OEM technical documentation, including erection manuals, procedures, and method statements.\n\nSupervise mechanical works on turbines, including offloading, erection, and internal works.\n\nVerify compliance with Scatec’s HSE and quality requirements.\n\nAttend and witness hold points and critical stages of turbine erection.\n\nCoordinate with WTG contractor teams to resolve technical queries.\n\nTrack turbine-level progress and report compliance status.\n\nEscalate non-conformances or documentation gaps to site HSE and quality functions.\n\nSupport technical correspondence related to OEM procedures and turbine-specific queries.\n\nYour work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.\nWhat you’ll gain\nProfessional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.\n\nHands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, and impactful.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\n\nPrior experience in wind turbine construction, erection, or mechanical completion (preferred).\n\nStrong ability to read and interpret OEM technical documentation.\n\nComfortable working on active construction sites alongside contractor teams.\n\nStrong documentation and reporting skills.\n\nFluent in English, spoken and written.\n\nWhat it’s like to work at Scatec\nAt Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
