Scenic World is looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Events team onsite in the beautiful Blue Mountains.\nYou will work alongside our Senior Manager Events and Production & Production Manager to plan and deliver Scenic World’s annual program of major events and smaller activations, helping create memorable experiences that drive visitation and bring our iconic location to life in new ways.\nFrom coordinating suppliers, entertainment and equipment to managing schedules, run sheets and all the details in between, you’ll be involved across the event lifecycle. And when event day arrives, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. We’re looking for someone who loves the detail behind a great event and enjoys being part of making it happen, from the planning and coordination through to being onsite when everything comes together.\nReporting to the Senior Manager Events & Production, the Events Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of Scenic World’s event program, from major events through to smaller activations. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, as well as suppliers, contractors, entertainers and event partners, to ensure events are well organised, safe and deliver a great guest experience.\nThis is a hands-on role combining event coordination, logistics, stakeholder management and practical problem-solving.
