This role will support New Product Development (NPD) projects throughout the development cycle with a strong emphasis on beauty packaging execution, component tracking, and physical sampling. Supporting launch initiatives across our brand portfolio-with a heavy focus on Drift -you will help coordinate primary and secondary packaging samples, track component delivery milestones, and align cross-functional timelines for creative campaign shoots and marketing deliverables.\nThis role will work closely with NPD, packaging engineering, creative, and marketing team members to keep launch tasks and milestones on track.
