customers through various channels, including on-site visits, face-to-face engagement, seminars, events, and online channels, focusing on approximately 30-40 potential accounts and providing appropriate value propositions to encourage sustainable platform usage.\n\nSupport and advise Sellers on platform operations, including data management, identifying needs and pain points, pricing, order management, and Seller Center usage, ensuring proper operations in accordance with the platform's Operation Excellence and SLA requirements.\n\nUnderstand the Customer Journey of contractors and building material retailers to identify customer needs and pain points and propose appropriate solutions that create business value.\n\nCollaborate with central teams to develop and validate New Revenue Models / Validated Models by testing initiatives with actual customers and monitoring measurable user and transaction results, including initiatives involving FinTech Partners, ERP Partners, or new solutions for customers.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree.\n\nRelevant experience in Management Consulting or a related field.\n\nGood communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and relevant stakeholders.\n\nBasic knowledge of building materials, particularly construction chemical products.\n\nUnderstanding of customer behaviors and the Customer Journey of contractors and building material retailers.\n\nAbility to collect, analyze, manage, and effectively communicate data.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and AI tools.\n\nWorking proficiency in English.\n\nPossess a valid driver's license.\nStrong learning and adaptability mindset, with the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of
