หน้าที่งานโดยย่อ (Job Summary)

บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานด้าน Digital Transformation พร้อมพัฒนาและนำระบบ Expert Control System มาใช้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิต โดยประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี AI, Machine Learning และ Advanced Process Control เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการควบคุมและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและพันธมิตรภายนอก เพื่อผลักดันการใช้งานระบบ และ พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

หน้าที่งาน ( Key responsibilities)

  • ร่วมดูแลบริหารทีม และพัฒนาบุคลากร
  • เป็นผู้นำในการบริหารจัดการและพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงานด้าน Digital Transformation เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถของทีม
  • สร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องภายในทีม ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์
  • กำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคล ติดตามความก้าวหน้า และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อการเติบโตทางวิชาชีพ
    • ประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี AI, Machine Learning และ Advanced Analytics เพื่อพัฒนาระบบควบคุมอัจฉริยะที่สามารถคาดการณ์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างเหมาะสม
    • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Operations และทีมงานต่างๆ ของโรงงาน ในการนำระบบ Expert Control System ไปใช้งานจริง
    • บริหารจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Management) เพื่อส่งเสริมการยอมรับและปรับตัวของผู้ใช้งาน
    • พัฒนาแผนการฝึกอบรม และสื่อการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ใช้งานระบบ
    • ติดตามและประเมินผลการนำระบบไปใช้งาน พร้อมทั้งปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องตามข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ใช้งาน

      คุณสมบัติ ( Qualifications)

      • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท ในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเคมี (Process Dynamic Control), หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
      • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Control System ในการกระบวนการผลิต มากกว่า 2 ปี
      • กรณีมีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับระบบควบคุมอุตสาหกรรม (Industrial Control System), ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ (AI for Optimization) และการคาดการณ์ (AI for Prediction) จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
      • เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPA) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.70
      • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป (สามารถนำส่งผลคะแนนภายหลังได้)
