The role will initially focus on managing the unassigned ticket queue and routing work correctly, processing mobile provisioning requests, and processing cease requests.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and route service requests, ensuring tickets are assigned accurately and prioritised appropriately.\nProcess mobile provisioning activities, including new connections, SIMs, ports, migrations and service changes.\nHandle service cease requests, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful completion.\nMaintain accurate records and provide clear updates across ticketing and operational systems.\nTake ownership of assigned tasks, working to agreed service levels and operational standards.\nEscalate urgent, complex or high-risk issues when required.\nWork collaboratively with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality service.\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working.\nExperience Required:\nEssential\nExperience in service delivery, provisioning, order management or a ticket-based environment.\nExperience using ticketing, CRM or workflow systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.\nExcellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and suppliers.\nAbility to follow processes, solve problems and escalate issues when required.\nComfortable learning and using multiple systems.\nDesirable\nExperience within mobile telecommunications provisioning.\nKnowledge of SIM orders, mobile connections, ports, migrations and service changes.\nExperience processing service cease requests.\nUnderstanding of telecoms contracts, notice periods and termination charges.\nExperience managing shared service queues.\nFamiliarity with Affinity, ConnectWise or similar service management platforms.\nExperience working in a shared services or operational support environment.\nSCG is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.\nWe welcome applications from all parts of the community and are committed to upholding the principles of the Equality Act 2010.\nWe are committed to supporting applicants with disabilities.
