Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility and business value, and translate research findings into practical solutions for SCGP.\nJob Description\nResearch and evaluate emerging technologies in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.\nCollaborate with SCGP business units and plant teams to identify and define computer vision use cases.\nDevelop prototypes and conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) studies to assess technical feasibility and potential business value.\nDevelop and validate computer vision models for applications such as defect detection, object detection, image classification, segmentation, and anomaly detection.\nPrepare and manage image datasets, including image acquisition, labeling, augmentation, and data quality validation.\nEvaluate model performance using appropriate metrics such as precision, recall, F1-score, IoU, and mAP.\nSupport deployment and integration of computer vision models into manufacturing workflows, including edge inference and model monitoring.\nAnalyze complex packaging and manufacturing defects, including cases with limited or challenging datasets.\nDocument research findings, technical results, and recommendations for further development and implementation.\nWork closely with production, quality, IT, and business teams to translate technical research into practical solutions with measurable business potential.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Science, or other related fields.
