Job Summary:

รับผิดชอบงานด้านการซ่อมบำรุงและปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรกล วิเคราะห์สาเหตุการขัดข้อง และพัฒนาคุณภาพงานซ่อม เพื่อลดระยะเวลาในการซ่อม (MTTR) รวมถึงพัฒนากระบวนการซ่อมและออกแบบเครื่องมือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการบำรุงรักษา

Responsibilities:

  • วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาสาเหตุของการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร (Root Cause) พร้อมพัฒนาคุณภาพงานซ่อมเพื่อลดระยะเวลาในการซ่อมเครื่องจักร (MTTR)
  • ปรับปรุงกระบวนการงานซ่อมและงาน Workshop เช่น Machining, Welding, Grinding, Balancing และ Assembly
  • ออกแบบ Special Tools เพื่อช่วยให้งานบำรุงรักษาสะดวก มีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัยมากขึ้น
  • ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในการเลือกวัสดุ กระบวนการเชื่อม และกระบวนการ Machining ที่เหมาะสม
  • สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพงานซ่อมภายใน (In-House Repair Capability) พร้อมบริหารการใช้ทรัพยากรและต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Qualifications:

  • จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล (Mechanical Engineering) โดยมี GPAX 2.70 ขึ้นไป
  • ยินดีรับนิสิตนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  • มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป
  • มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Mechanical Design และสามารถใช้งาน SolidWorks ได้
  • มีพื้นฐานด้านวิศวกรรมและการแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงทักษะด้าน Design & Simulation
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารทางเทคนิค การทำงานร่วมกับทีมและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมแนวคิดในการปรับปรุงงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
