หน้าที่งานโดยย่อ (Job Summary)

วางแผน สั่งการ และควบคุมดูแลการผลิตปูนซีเมนต์ และผลิตถุงปูนซีเมนต์ ให้ได้ปริมาณและคุณภาพตามที่กำหนด ตลอดจนพัฒนาพนักงานในบังคับบัญชา ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนในการผลิต

หน้าที่งาน (Key responsibilities)

  • งานวางแผน / ประสานงาน / จัดทำแผนการใช้วัตถุดิบและเชื้อเพลิง / งบประมาณ / ปรับปรุงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร

  • งานควบคุม, สั่งการและการแก้ไขปัญหา ติดตามการทำงานของพนักงานทุกระดับ เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผน

  • จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานทั้งด้านการผลิต การจ่ายฯ และต้นทุนประจำเดือน

  • ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบายด้าน TPM เช่น กิจกรรมกลุ่มคุณภาพ, 5ส., ข้อเสนอแนะ, ความปลอดภัย เป็นต้น

    บริหารและควบคุมตามระบบ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, มอก 18001, SPAP, EPAP

  • ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชา สั่งการและมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

  • ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปรับปรุงงาน การลดใช้พลังงาน อย่างน้อย 0-3 ปี และมีความสนใจเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการผลิต

  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านควบคุมและวางแผนการผลิต จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรอบคอบ และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คิดทำสิ่งใหม่ต่างๆ ได้ดี

  • มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถตัดสินใจและสามารถวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ดี

  • สามารถสื่อสาร และประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล(ME), สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้ากำลัง(EE), สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (IE) หรือ วิศวกรรมเคมี (CE)

  • เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPA) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2.70

  • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป (สามารถนำส่งผลคะแนนภายหลังได้)

  • สามารถปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่ อ.แก่งคอย จ.สระบุรี
