(Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)\n0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, productivity improvement, production engineering, or related fields.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, productivity improvement, and process optimization.\nKnowledge of OEE, waste reduction, cost reduction, and continuous improvement is an advantage.\nKnowledge of maintenance, manufacturing equipment, or relevant industrial standards is an advantage.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nGood command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).\nWilling to work onsite at Thai Containers Group Co., Ltd.
