Job Description:

1. การหาลูกค้าและแสวงหาโอกาสใหม่ (Lead Generation & Business Development)

  • ค้นหา คัดกรอง และเข้าพบกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย (โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม, อาคารพาณิชย์, โครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือหน่วยงานภาครัฐ)
  • วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้พลังงานและความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันที่เหมาะสม

2. การนำเสนอและปิดการขาย (Sales & Negotiation)

  • นำเสนอรูปแบบสัญญาและการลงทุน (เช่น โครงการติดตั้ง EPC, สัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้า Private PPA หรือรูปแบบการเช่าซื้อ)
  • เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขสัญญาการขาย และปิดการขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย (Sales Target) ของบริษัท

3. การบริหารความสัมพันธ์และการประสานงาน (Account Management & Coordination)

  • สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ก่อนการขาย ระหว่างติดตั้ง และหลังการขาย
  • ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกร (Engineering), ทีมออกแบบ และทีมบริหารโครงการ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

4. การวิเคราะห์ตลาดและการรายงาน (Market Analysis & Reporting)

  • ติดตามสถานการณ์ ตลาด นวัตกรรม และนโยบาย/ข้อกำหนดจากภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพลังงานหมุนเวียน
  • จัดทำรายงานการขาย (Sales Pipeline/Forecast) และอัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบเป็นประจำ

Qualifications:

  • ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์งานขาย Renewable Energy Equipment and Construction อย่างน้อย 2-5 ป
  • สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ระดับใช้งานได้)
  • มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์
  • สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดเป็นครั้งคราวได้
