You will lead client relationships, oversee high-performing teams, and help expand our capabilities nationally.\nKey responsibilities include:\nServe as a trusted executive advisor to client CFOs and C-suite leadership, and acting as the senior escalation point.\nDrive strategy execution and performance management on client engagements, including business planning, KPI establishment, and oversight of financial reporting, dashboard, and benchmarking automation.\nLead client delivery excellence, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across client engagement teams and portfolios.\nProvide technical and advisory leadership as a subject matter expert across accounting, advisory, and managed services solutions.\nDevelop and lead high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and building technical and leadership capability across all levels.\nQualifications:\n15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, advisory, or professional services; public accounting and previous experience being a CFO is required. \n10+ years of leadership experience, including managing, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.\nBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field is highly preferred.
