# Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead

You'll own the HCM workstream on a large Oracle Cloud implementation - leading design, configuration, and delivery of the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting are the center of gravity for this role, but the strongest candidates bring real range: the more of Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and Absence Management you can carry, the more of the people side of this program you'll own. You'll partner closely with the Finance and Projects workstreams on the touchpoints that matter - payroll costing to GL, labor distribution to projects - and with the Technical Lead on HCM data conversion and integrations. What You'll Do Lead requirements and design workshops across the HCM workstream, driving fit/gap decisions to documented, signed-off designs. Perform hands-on configuration of Core HR (Global Human Resources) - enterprise and workforce structures, jobs and positions, grades, person and employment models, and lifecycle actions.
