As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.\nJob Overview\nAs an Engineer in Maintenance Planning, you will take charge of coordinating complex maintenance and repair projects while driving improvements and digitalization efforts in your production area.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nCollaborate closely with Industrial Engineering to optimize processes and machinery continuously.\nConduct thorough failure and damage analyses on constructions, evaluating and recommending alternative solutions.\nPlan and manage assigned maintenance or repair projects, coordinating across multiple technical disciplines and resources.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation for processes and equipment to ensure operational reliability.\nOversee digitalization projects, working with internal teams and external partners to implement technological advancements.\nYour Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field\nAt least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience specifcily with Preventive Maintenance\nProven ability to plan and execute complex maintenance and repair projects\nFamiliarity with digitalization initiatives and project coordination\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical focus\nExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship\nOur Offering\nAt Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
