As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nOrganize and monitor all shipments within the Asia Pacific region, including road, air, sea, and CEP shipments.\n\nManage shipment notifications for transport forwarders and customer-appointed forwarders.\n\nVerify invoices from logistics service providers across the Asia Pacific region.\n\nTrack and trace all inbound shipments within the Asia Pacific region.\n\nHandle shipment notifications for inbound shipments received from forwarders.\n\nEnsure all latest shipment details are accurately updated in SAP.\n\nRecord and process transport complaints in SAP ERP.\n\nCoordinate with carriers, shipping agencies, trucking providers, warehouse providers, finance teams, and other interfaces.\n\nMonitor all incidental transportation costs.\n\nSubmit claim settlement documentation to insurance companies for inbound shipments.\n\nDrive optimization and harmonization of logistics lead times for Asia Pacific inbound shipments.\n\nDefine logistics network requirements relating to capacity, response times, and transit times.\n\nHandle project cargo movements within the Asia Pacific region and collaborate with project teams.\n\nSupport logistics-related projects and rollouts through all implementation stages.\n\nPerform any additional duties assigned by the superior that are related to the position.\n\nYour Qualifications\nDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent specialization.\n Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\nPrevious experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transport complaint handling is advantageous.\nKnowledge of transportation processes and logistics administration preferred.\nSAP knowledge is preffered \nDatabase knowledge (e.g., Access, SQL) is an advantage.\n\nBusiness-level English communication skills is mandatory mandatory).\n\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
