You will support divisions and plants during rollout,\nprovide 3rd-level support according to SLAs, and act as the central interface for cryptographic customer interactions within ODIT.\nYour Responsibilities\nCoordination of new crypto requests from product teams, including requirement clarification, prioritization, and delivery planning.\nConsulting on technical realization and industrialization to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.\nImplementation of requirements based on defined standards and the technology stack; creation of reusable solutions and automations.\nProduct ownership for developed cryptographic components and services, including lifecycle management, roadmaps, and quality assurance.\nIndustrialization and ramp-up support for divisions and plants to enable reliable rollout and operations.\n3rd-level support according to SLAs, including incident handling, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvement.\nPrimary point of contact for cryptographic customer interfaces within ODIT; ensuring consistent stakeholder communication and alignment\nYour Qualifications\nUniversity degree - Information technology\nSeveral years of experience in IT security, system integration, or production/operations with a focus on cryptography.\nSolid knowledge of PKI, key management, HSMs, signing, and certificate lifecycle management (e.g., ACME/SCEP).\nHands-on experience with IT architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid), automation and integration\nFamiliar with SLA-based operations, incident and problem management, as well as change/release processes.\nConfident working with common security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).\nStrong communication skills, structured working style, and ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.\nVery good English skills (C1 or higher); German is a plus.\nNice to Have\nExperience with secret management and cloud KMS\nKnowledge of observability/monitoring for crypto services (logging, metrics, tracing).\nScripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, PowerShell) to automate integration and operations tasks.\nExperience with audit readiness and compliance requirements in regulated environments.\nSalary offer\nMin. 3000,- Eur/gross.\nWe offer\nScope to further develop cryptographic platforms and processes in a global environment.\nHigh impact through collaboration with product teams, divisions, and plants.\nModern work environment focused on automation, scalability, and resilience.\nCompetitive compensation and development opportunities.\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
