The team focuses on core HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of personnel processes, employee data management, employment documentation, payroll-related administration, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.\nThe HR Operations & Processes Team specializes in core (administrative and operational) HR services and does not manage recruitment, talent acquisition, learning and development, or training activities, which are handled by dedicated HR functions.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nManaging employee documentation (collecting, verifying, and forwarding documents to the payroll provider).\nSupporting employees and communicating with them (via email and in person), including answering HR-related questions and assisting them with HR processes.\nAdministering business travel documentation.\nSupporting the preparation of payroll-related data.\nMaintaining and updating employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timeliness.\nPreparing employee reports and analyzing HR-related data.\nLearning opportunities\nWorking with HR systems: SAP, Teta.\nBasic knowledge of labor law, including working time regulations, employee documentation, and business travel.\nAbility to create clear, structured, and logical reports and data summaries.\nYour Qualifications\nActively pursuing a degree, preferably in Human resources, Administration or related fields.\nInterest in HR and motivation to gain initial, valuable experience within an international company.\nFluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency.\nStrong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nExcellent customer service orientation.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nOpenness to learning.\nAble to work at least 25 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship).\nOur Offer\nBe a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.\nExperience working in English, refining your language proficiency in professional field.\nAdvance your skills with access to our internal training platform, guidance from supporting experts, and real-life challenges, all designed to boost your hard and soft skills.\nEnjoy a flexible schedule tailored to help you combine studies and gaining your first corporate experience.
