Ensure the continuous improvement of operations across the value stream.\nPlan, analyze and optimize the production system.\nCreate and maintain IE master data (e.g. Routing, BOM, Workcenter).\nCoordinate cross-functional projects across the entire value stream related to process improvements, change management and product launches.\nEvaluate production KPIs for continuous improvement and to guide decision-making (e.g. OEE, TEEP, etc.).\nPerform product cost calculations.\nImplement workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g. MTM, REFA).\nPlan and manage capacity and investment planning.\nCreate and maintain P-FMEA.\nYour Qualifications\nBachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, or Engineering field is required.
