The team will provide global governance, standards, controls, reporting, vendor management, and transformation leadership for Payroll and Time Management across the Schaeffler Group.\nYou will define and manage the global process, IT systems, and implementation project for Payroll and Time Management. The role translates business, legal, and operational requirements into harmonized processes, functional designs, system requirements, implementation plans, and sustainable operating solutions.\nThis role works in close partnership with the Global Payroll & Time Management Processes, Systems and Implementation Manager.
