As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nCoordinate and maintain the development and continuous improvement of mechanical production equipment and concepts.\nDesign and develop mechanical manufacturing equipment for the Company Production System.\nDefine processes for the development of innovative solutions and future demand.\nSupport the further development of the mechanical engineering sector.\nDeploy state-of-the-art technologies.\nCreate technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in compliance with industry standards.\nDevelop the structure of the mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.\nBreak down structures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification.\nCheck whether existing subsystems and components can be reused.\nDevelop alternative structures and select the one that is most suitable.\nEnsure double-sided traceability with the mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.)\nExecuting projects and assuming responsibility as regulated in\nIN ZS 06018 (Special Machinery Development Process) and P173200-20 (Project Management in Special Machinery)\nAchieving agreed-upon project goals (content, quality, deadline, costs) and fulfilling the project order\nRegularly presenting project status and project progress/ maturity or reporting on it in writing\nApplying the project management method and tools\nTechnical management of the project team members\nPreparing concepts and collaborating with clarifying concepts with the customer\nCollaborating with preparing quotations\nCarrying out required calculations and tests ; Preparing layouts, drafts, and 3D models ;Detailing and preparing bills of materials ;Selecting suppliers for mechanical components\nSupervising and monitoring design documents ;Preparing risk assessments and process descriptions ;Responsible for fluid plans and their monitoring\nTechnical contact person for the special machinery built, even after it has been delivered\nResponsible to provide support while Installation and commissioning at site\nMentor for employee training in his/her area\nComplying and collaborating with the preparation of standards, instructions, and procedures\nIn addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.\nYour Qualifications\nA successfully completed degree in technical studies or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechtronics, Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering\nStrong experience in Machine Design , Automation Engineering with Application Development using CAD tool Creo and WindChill used in special machine construction.\nMinimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Automation Machine Design, EMS, PCB Components or Processing Machines, Automatic Lines, SemiAutomatic or Manaual Stations.\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
