Does that sound interesting to you As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\nSupport the design, development, integration, and operation of Schaeffler's product data and service landscape.\nEnhance product data processes, modernize backend and data-related services, and strengthen the integration of digital capabilities across internal and external channels in a global, cross-functional environment with teams in Germany, Poland, and India.\nSupport the integration and continuous optimization of a Product information system (EPIM by VIAMEDICI) into SAP-based environments and surrounding enterprise systems\nAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions\nContribute to the modernization, replacement, or cleanup of legacy services and interfaces\nAssist ongoing S/4HANA migration activities in the PIM and product data environment\nSupport incident analysis and resolution in productive environments\nSupport the design, development, and continuous improvement of APIs, integration services, and MCP-based interfaces\nImplement new API endpoints and microservices in alignment with architectural guidelines\nSupport the API customer lifecycle, including onboarding of new consumers, guidance on API usage, and operational support including monitoring\nSupport the development, enhancement, and operation of services around the PIM platform\nDevelop and improve data services and processing components in the Schaeffler Data Service landscape\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for APIs, services, interfaces, data flows, codebases, and operational procedures\nCollaborate closely with internal product teams, architects, and external implementation partners\n\nYour Qualifications\n\nYour Qualification\n\nHands-on experience with PIM systems and product data\nBuilding and running reliable interfaces, including REST APIs, message queues, error handling, and monitoring\nStrong skills in XML, JSON, and CSV\nPython experience\nCoordination skills:\nGathering and clarifying requirements with business departments\nCoordinating with external vendors and distributed teams across locations and time zones\nPlanning and tracking interface changes and dependencies\nDocumenting interfaces clearly, including data flows, field mappings, and responsibilities\nCommunicating issues and risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders\nNice to Have :\nSAP integration (IDoc, Advanced event mesh)\nExperience with product data standards\nExperience with frontend technologies like Node.js, React\n\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
