As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nDefine the project targets together with the project sponsor;\nStructure, plan and control the project in a logical manner;\nObtain project information, review project framework conditions, and define specifications for project execution;\nPlan resource requirements and ensure resource availability together with the line manager (incl. task description and project schedule);\nDefine and agree work packages, and if applicable subprojects and ensure their implementation, results verification and resource availability;\nPlan project costs/budget and track approved project budget;\nAchieve the project targets regarding content/quality, schedule, and cost;\nAdherence to the approved project budget;\nIdentify risks, deviations, and change needs, and initiate and track suitable measures in a timely manner;\nEnsure resource availability in coordination with line managers of the assigned project team members;\nMonitor progress and control the project;\nReport on project status, closure, and results to the project sponsor;\nManage internal and external communication and represent the project internally and externally.\nYour Qualifications\nKnowledge of project management methods, techniques, and tools, as well as overarching governance processes, including planning, organization, budget and benefits management, controlling & reporting\nStrong ability to manage risks and opportunities, control changes, support escalations, coordinate resources, and engage stakeholders in a targeted manner;\nLeadership skills, negotiation skills, results orientation, as well as clear and appropriate audience communication skills towards the team and stakeholders;\nMotivational and conflict-resolution skills, combined with the ability to support teams and facilitate in challenging situations;\nVery good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;\nDegree or equivalent qualification in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field;\n5+ years experience in project management, preferably in a technical, industrial, or international environment;\nProven experience in managing projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality;\nKnowledge of project management methods, tools, governance, budgeting, reporting, and controlling;\nExperience in coordinating cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders;\nDemonstrated ability to manage risks, changes, deviations, escalations, and project dependencies.\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
