Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent).\nRoot cause analysis & problem resolution skills required.\nEffective Communicator / Conclusion Making.\nSelf-starter, highly motivated and with strong desire of accountability and ownership.\nAbility to develop project schedules and track projects to completion.\nApplicable engineering and physics knowledge.\nUnderstanding of automotive powertrain.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nProvide support on diverse tasks for the design engineering team.\nSupport on PDM management process through software (Windchill and PTC Creo).\nPerform engineering calculations (Stress analysis, tolerance stack-ups, etc.) to ensure or improve product function and manufacturability.\nInteract and collaborate with different cross functional teams including suppliers.\nProvide support on diverse documentation around design engineering such as DFMEA, ADVP&R and DVP&R.\nDesired Experience\nAutomotive industry background (desirable)\nStrong engineering & physics knowledge (Mechanics of solids and fluids, thermodynamics, etc.).\nStrong communication skills.\n3D CAD software knowledge (CREO Parametric preferred).\nManufacturing processes and FEA interpretation knowledge is a plus.\nGD&T knowledge is a plus.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills.\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
