We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nPartner with managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.\nAdvise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation projects.\nLead and support core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, and career development.\nDrive change management initiatives and support organizational evolution.\nContribute to employee and labor relations activities in collaboration with employee representatives and Works Councils.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.\nParticipate in local, regional, and global HR projects.\nAnalyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.\nYour Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.\nMinimum 8 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within an international industrial environment.\nStrong expertise in labor law and employee relations.\nProven experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.\nAbility to influence, challenge, and coach managers at all levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFluent in English and French, both written and spoken.\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
