You will combine AI engineering expertise with strong software engineering and cloud-native practices to deliver secure, reliable, observable, and compliant AI products.\nAs a player-coach, you will provide technical direction and guide a small cross-functional AI team while actively contributing to architecture, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nArchitect, design, and implement end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, backend services, frontend interfaces, and AI orchestration components.\nDevelop and operate LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, and agentic AI solutions.\nBuild and maintain AI platform and harness components, including tool integrations, context management, guardrails, and evaluation of pipelines.\nLead and guide a small cross-functional AI development team, providing technical clarity, direction, and hands-on support.\nEstablish feedback loops and measurable evaluation frameworks to improve AI quality, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nEnsure AI solutions are production-ready, scalable, observable, secure, and aligned with enterprise and regulatory requirements.\nApply post-training and fine-tuning techniques to improve model performance for relevant use cases.\nDeliver AI functionality iteratively, with clear business outcomes and stakeholder value.\nCollaborate with R&D, product management, quality, cybersecurity, sales, support, services, Global IT, and external technology partners.\nContribute technical expertise and forward-looking know-how to support the division’s AI strategy.\nThe opportunity to build enterprise-grade AI products that address real industrial and business challenges.\nResponsibility for technical direction and the development of a small, cross-functional AI team.\nYour Qualifications\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field.\nProven experience designing, building, and operating AI- or LLM-based applications in production environments.\nStrong knowledge and track record of AI engineering skills (e.g. Python, Pytorch, Transformers, post-training, fine-tuning of LLMs, RAG frameworks, agent architectures)\nExperience designing reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.\nExperience leading small teams or technical initiatives in a hands-on, player-coach capacity.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nExperience collaborating effectively in international and cross-functional teams.\nOur Offering\nOnboarding & Integration: we help you settle in quickly through our onboarding program and a team that supports you;\nHealth & Life Insurance: we provide private health plans and life insurance, so you can have peace of mind;\nDiscounts: enjoy discounts from our partners on activities, trainings, goods etc.;\nBookster Subscription: are you a passionate reader?
