As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nAcquisition and verification of customer requirements for packaging, designation, container management (logistics) and, if necessary, forwarding to respective departments for further inspections.\nCoordinate packaging for and with customers, suppliers, internal and inter-plant.\nInternal coordination with Production/ Assembly, Production Logistics, Container Management, Purchasing Department /Sales, SLE, Logistics Planner, Transportation Planner, Schedulers, Packaging Development regarding all packaging issues.\nInitiate and formulate requirements for Packaging Development.\nGeneration and administration of SAP master data for all packaging issues (packaging regulations, assessments, RFMM material master (ERZE, LEIH, VERP), info records of customer material as well as administration of the customer portal.\nCalculation of packaging costs (material and handling, logistics) based on data from Logistics Planning and Packaging Development.\nDetermination of circulating container volumes with customers, supplier and inter-plant.\nAssure of the supply of packing material.\nControl and Monitor inventory of Packaging materials.\nEnsuring the timely delivery of packaging materials to SVC, collaborating with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and shipping schedules to meet our production plan.\nIdentify potential shortage and expedite .\nMake sure that ERP system generate timely replenishment and delivery of components align with customer demand.\nYour Qualifications\nSAP knowledge is an advantage\nGood analyzing / Planning skill\nFlexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguous or tense situations\nWork out cost saving proposals\nAbility to work both independent and team\nAbility to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines\nGood at English and PowerBI skills.\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
