We have developed 2 solutions (Hardware and Software) enabling:\n- Energy consumption monitoring for Industry 4.0,\n- Predictive maintenance of rotating machines to optimize the availability of industrial assets.\nThese solutions are easy to install, high-performing and allow for aggressive pricing. As a result, they can be deployed at scale and have very strong commercial potential. We sell them directly to industrial sites as well as through partners.\nWe are based in the heart of Paris (9th arrondissement), with a young team of around 30 people, and are looking to continue our development by finding our future Key Account / Partnership Manager who will enable us to achieve our growth ambition through one of our main partners.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nMission:\nTo support the growth of its business, Eco-Adapt is creating a position for a Key Account / Partnership Manager. Reporting to the Industry Business Development Director, you will be in charge of managing a framework contract that ties us to a strategic partner and will be responsible for the business volume generated through this sales channel.\nResponsibilities:\nBusiness Development:Maintain constant contact with the client and remove barriers to increase business volume\nEnsure product adoption by our partner's teams, for instance by coordinating training for sales and technical support teams\nAssist the partner’s sales teams on complex business deals\n\nTechnical and Product Management:Structure, launch and manage technology adaptation projects to enhance our partner’s product range with our solutions\nProvide our R&D department's development roadmap with qualified needs emerging from our partner or end-users\n\nContractual Management:Manage the operation of the framework contract\nNegotiate new deals and ensure successful execution\n\nYour Qualifications\nRequired Profile: \nFrench engineering degree from a Group A+/A school\nFluency in technical subjects and strong interest in technological products and Industry 4.0 topics.\n2-6 years of experience in strategy and/or transformation consulting with a willingness to evolve in a \"deep tech\" context.\nFluency in French and English.\nKey Qualities for Success in this Position: \nDynamic temperament and excellent interpersonal skills to convince and gain support\nAbility to seize opportunities for developing new products and sales channels\nStrong problem solving and synthesis capability\nPragmatism and a culture of efficiency\nAutonomy, ability to self-organize\nOur Offering\nJoining Eco-Adapt in this position is an opportunity to develop the interface with a leading global industrial player, on diverse topics and in an evolving role.
