Schell Brothers is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Commercial Project Manager to join our team.\nThe Commercial Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with various Team Members (CAD, design, Construction Managers) to identify that proper materials are ordered and ensure that work is completed properly and on time. They will also need to create a scope of work for each trade category inclusive of design selections.\nIn addition to the above, the below are additional responsibilities:\nResponsible for scheduling inspections utilizing submitted permits\nReview plans prior to bids to account for construction variables \nAssist with material estimates \nAble to complete projects within assigned budget parameters \nManage project schedules and coordinate schedule changes with assigned contractors\nEntry and review of all variances\nChange Order Management\nOversight of the Construction Process \nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED\n4+ years related experience including but not limited to construction management or project management\nValid driver's license\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds at times. \nProficient with MS Office Products\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering \nComfortable with technology and construction scheduling programs\nCommercial construction or custom home building management experience\nUnderstanding of commercial building codes and ADA compliance requirements\nPositive and caring attitude\nOutgoing, professional demeanor\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nMust be able to collaborate with other Team Members.\nStrong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. \nAbility to prioritize tasks. \nAbility to function well in a high-paced environment.\nAble to maintain
