From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a CSM is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a CSM, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.\nCSMs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes.
