In this role, you’ll work closely with teammates in product, design, backend, and QA to continuously improve our iOS app. Your contributions will help ensure a seamless, delightful experience for our growing user base across podcasts and audiobooks.\nThis is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive team and contribute to a fast-growing company where audio and technology meet.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContribute to the implementation of scalable and modern architecture as defined by the team.\n\nDevelop, test, and release high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.\n\nCollaborate closely with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps to support the delivery of impactful features.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage.\n\nSupport automated testing and app stability in collaboration with QA.\n\nHelp manage CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and share best practices.\n\nWhat You Bring\nYou care about performance, user experience, and building maintainable, scalable solutions. You enjoy writing clean code, collaborating, bring an investigative mindset, and solving complex technical problems.\nStrong understanding of Apple’s design and development guidelines.\n\nStrong investigative mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and debugging.\n\nGood understanding of SwiftUI and Reactive programming (Combine/RxSwift/ReactiveSwift).\n\nSome understanding of CoreData/SwiftData and Streaming (AVFoundation)\n\nExperience building scalable, extendable architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD and app monitoring.\n\nStrong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.\n\nBonus Points If You Have:\nExperience building and maintaining apps with a large user base\n\nKnowledge of DRM (Digital Rights Management) for secure content delivery\n\nFamiliarity with CarPlay, Apple Watch or Chromecast development\n\nWhy Join Podme?\nAt Podme, we believe in the power of audio stories to inform, entertain, and inspire.
