The PC will collaborate with academic leaders, admissions and recruitment teams, marketing, finance, operations, campus leadership, external partners, and other internal stakeholders across GEDU’s global network.\nThe successful candidate will be a highly organized professional with strong social acumen who enjoys working with people from different cultures, managing multiple priorities, and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced international environment. The position requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external constituents.\nThe PC will also work directly with students and, when required, provide hands-on operational leadership for selected custom, study abroad, summer, and short-term programs. This may include international travel to oversee program delivery, student activities, housing, transportation, staffing, cultural programming, and other on-site requirements.\nTasks and Responsabilities\nOur PriorityFirst and foremost, the PC will help GEDU develop and deliver high-quality programs and processes that create a safe, seamless, and transformative student experience.\nFrom the first student inquiry through enrolment, pre-departure preparation, program participation, and completion, the PC will identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen communication, and ensure that students, families, partners, and internal teams have the information and support they need.\nBecause this position interacts with virtually every area of the business, the ability to communicate program objectives clearly across different cultures, organizations, and levels of leadership is essential.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProgram Development & Delivery\nWork closely with the ED to develop and implement study abroad, short-term, custom, summer, immersion, and other student programs across GEDU brands and operating countries.\nManage the student program lifecycle from initial inquiry through enrolment, pre-departure preparation, program delivery, and post-program follow-up.\nCoordinate program timelines, deliverables, budgets, staffing, logistics, student communications, and operational requirements.\nServe as the operational lead for selected programs, including on-site supervision when required.\nIdentify opportunities to improve program design, processes, efficiency, and student satisfaction.\nStudent Experience & EnrolmentServe as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and program-related questions.\nSupport students and families throughout the enrolment and preparation process.\nDevelop clear and timely student communications, including application, enrolment, pre-departure, travel, housing, and program information.\nMonitor the student journey from inquiry through enrolment and identify opportunities to improve conversion, communication, and engagement.\nHelp establish consistent student-service standards across GEDU programs and locations.\nInternational Operations & ComplianceCoordinate operational requirements for programs delivered across GEDU's international locations.\nSupport compliance requirements for programs involving minors, including appropriate safeguarding, documentation, staffing, and operational procedures.\nWork with local campus and operational teams to ensure programs comply with applicable institutional and country-specific requirements.\nCoordinate international travel, housing, transportation, activities, excursions, and other program logistics.\nTravel internationally as required to supervise programs and ensure successful on-site execution.\nMust be able to meet applicable security and background-check requirements associated with international student programs.\nSystems, Data & ReportingManage and maintain program information within GEDU's ERP/CRM systems.\nWork closely with the ED and other GEDU stakeholders on continuous improvement of systems, processes, reporting, and data accuracy.\nDevelop and maintain program trackers, enrolment reports, operational dashboards, timelines, and other management tools.\nMonitor key program metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.\nIdentify process gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency and the student experience.\nStaffing & Budget ManagementAssist with staffing plans for custom, summer, and short-term student programs.\nAssist with identifying, hiring, onboarding, and managing contract staff and program support personnel.\nAssist with staffing budgets and monitor program-related personnel costs.\nCoordinate with finance and operational teams to ensure programs remain within approved budgets.\nSupport vendor and external partner coordination as needed.\nStakeholder & Executive Support\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures.\nSupport high-level meetings, partnerships, program launches, and strategic initiatives as assigned.\nRepresent GEDU professionally with students, families, university partners, vendors, and other external constituents.\nMaintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.\nYour Profile\nQUALIFICATIONSRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent.\n3-7 years of professional experience in student program delivery, higher education, international education, project coordination, student affairs, program management, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, programs, events, or student services.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including:PowerPoint\nExcel\nOutlook\nWord\nTeams\n\nExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.\nDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and sound judgment.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to anticipate operational needs.\nAbility to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally to support student programs.\nAbility to pass required background checks and obtain any required licenses to participate in programs with minors (varies by country).\nYou must possess the appropriate right to work documentation in the country of residence.\nPreferred\nProfessional experience in higher education, study abroad, international education, student programs, continuing education, or student affairs.\nExperience managing international programs involving students, particularly minors.\nExperience with CRM, ERP, project management, and collaboration platforms.\nExperience coordinating international meetings, events, partnerships, and stakeholders.\nMultilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish, French, German, Arabic, or other internationally relevant languages.\nExperience working across multiple countries, institutions, or business units.\nExperience with program budgeting, staffing, vendor management, and operational
