You will be responsible for managing customer accounts across multiple business units, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting the overalleffectiveness of the Order-to-Cash function.You will provide an excellent level of customer serviceto both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and accuratecommunication throughout the collections and query resolution process.\nYour main responsibilities\nManage customer accounts across multiple business units, ensuring timely debt collection\nChase overdue payments via phone, email and dunning processes\nAllocate customer payments accurately and promptly.Investigate and resolve unallocated cash,deductions and account queries\nNegotiate payment plans where required and escalate high-risk accounts\nMonitor aged debt and drive reductions in overdue balances\nPrepare KPI reports and management commentary as required.Support internal and external audits withrelevant documentation\nRespond to customer and internal queries in a timely and professional manner\nWork closely with Risk, Billing, Customer Services, Transport and Commercial teams to resolve issues\nShare knowledge and best practice with colleagues\nProvide support across teams as business needs require\nIdentify and implement process improvements.Investigate errors and recommend corrective actions\nUse Excel confidently, including Pivot Tables and Filters.Use Outlook, Word and PowerPoint to supportdaily activities and reporting\nWhat you bring\nMinimum 2-3 years' experience in Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable\nExperience managing customer accounts across multiple business units, regions or ledgers\nStrong understanding of credit control processes, debt collection techniques and cash allocation\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at alllevels\nStrong problem-solving, analytical and organisational abilities\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Filters\nExperience working with ERP, finance or accounting systems would be advantageous\nHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong literacy and numeracy skills with a proactive andcontinuous improvement mindset\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWhen you join Rubax, you'll be part of a supportive and ambitious team committed to delivering exceptional service across the UK.
