Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildings throughout Canada, including Scotia Plaza, Bay & Adelaide, Edmonton Arena, Calgary Airport, and Vancouver Canada Line.\nJoin us as a\nField Supervisor - New Installations & Modernizations\nYour main responsibilities\nThe Field Supervisor - New Installations (NI) and Modernization (MOD) is responsible for the installation of new construction and modernization projects through conforming to customer and company requirements as related to quality improvements, safety, cost improvement and customer satisfaction in support of Branch objectives. They are responsibile for managing, coaching and training field employees as well as health and safety requirements.\nSafety and Supervision\nLead field employees through providing mentorship, guidance and constructive feedback to promote employee development\nCoach and persuade field employees on Schindler’s methods of safety, quality and productivity \nIdentify training needs and deliver training (safety & technical) to field employees\nMonitor work of field employees from both a quantitative and qualitative point of view, including approval of time tickets and maintenance of vacation schedules\nInvestigate employee incidents and near misses, and support early and safe return to work initiatives.
