By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.\nJoin us as a\nProject Manager LPC\nYour main responsibilities\nThe Project Manager for the Large Project Center (LPC) is responsible for leading large projects from early sales involvement through award, engineering, procurement, and installation readiness.\nEssential Functions:\nLead the transition of large projects through financial award\nLead the transition of large projects from award into engineering\nLead the engagement/transition of large projects from engineering into supply chain\nCommunicate with Project Managers throughout the engineering and procurement process focusing on areas of concern\nParticipate in sales efforts of Major Projects as needed.\nDocument process gaps, publish and enforce best practices based on experience and lessons learned\nMaintain and manage the major project national installation resource schedule\nMaintain and manage the major project assets (installation tools, project specific equipment, etc.)\nWhat you bring\nBachelors degree preferred\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus\n5+ years of experience preferably in a similar function or industry \nExperience working in cross functional roles across direct/indirect reports\nExperience in construction project cost forecasting\nStrong project management and capacity planning skills\nHigh level of business acumen \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAdvanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (strong excel skills required), MS-Project and SAP\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels and disciplines. \nWhat’s in it for you?\nFully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.\nCompetitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.\n3 weeks’ vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.\nTuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service.\nParental Leave - 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child’s birth or adoption.\nA wide range of development opportunities to boost your professional and leadership growth.\nBase Salary $101,300 - $126,600\nThe above represents the typical salary range for this position.
