By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.\nJoin us as a\nProject Manager - Large Projects\nYour main responsibilities\nThis role is responsible for leading large projects from early sales involvement through award, engineering, procurement, and installation readiness.\nKey Responsibilities:\nParticipate in sales efforts for Major Projects as needed.\nLead large projects through financial award and transition them into engineering.\nManage the engagement and transition of large projects from engineering into supply chain.\nPartner closely with Project Managers throughout the engineering and procurement phases, with a focus on identifying and addressing areas of concern.\nDocument process gaps and develop, publish, and enforce best practices based on experience and lessons learned.\nMaintain and manage the national major project installation resource schedule.\nOversee and manage major project assets, including installation tools and project-specific equipment.\nThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in:\nQuotation management, Cadre, and major project costing.\nResource planning and coordination across large, complex projects.\nSupporting sales efforts for Major Projects as needed.\nLeading project transitions from award through engineering, supply chain, and installation readiness.\nWhat you bring\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of experience preferably in a similar function or industry, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of elevator systems and application engineering.\nExperience working cross-functionally across both direct and indirect reporting structures.\nProven experience in construction project cost forecasting and major project costing.\nStrong project management and capacity planning skills.\nExperience managing and improving internal processes.\nHigh level of business acumen.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAdvanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required), MS Project, and SAP.\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and partners.\nWillingness and ability to travel domestically.\nBase Salary $113,400 - $141,700\nThe above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
