You will collaborate with sales representatives, field superintendents and customers to meet specifications and resolve technical issues.\nEssential Function\n1. Project Management - Oversee modernization projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out. Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to\nmonitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the project. Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning. Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins.\n2. Financial Ownership - Manage project revenue, size, and adherence to fulfillment guidelines. Ensure timely invoicing, targeting 90% payment prior to elevator turnover.\"\n3.
