Enforce safety standard in accordance with the company policies and government regulation\n2. Prepare and provide adequate safety training to employees and subcontractors to improve their safety behavior.\n3. Random visit to jobsites to ensure the Schindler safety standards/procedures and Thailand safety policy are followed.\n4. Prepare all necessary safety documents and reports according to Schindler and government requirement including conduct incident investigations.\n5. Initiate safety activities and campaigns to raise safety awareness of employees and subcontractors.\n6.
