You’ll work with building owners, property and facilities managers, body corporates, consultants and contractors to understand their requirements and develop modernisation solutions for existing lift systems.\nIf you enjoy combining relationship-based selling, technical solutions and project coordination, this could be a great next step.\nJoin us as a\nSales Representative - Lift Modernisation\nYour main responsibilities\nYou’ll take ownership of the sales process from opportunity identification through to handover, including:\nIdentifying and developing lift modernisation opportunities across the Auckland and Northern Region market\nManaging the full sales cycle, from initial customer engagement and solution development working with internal technical teams to develop the right modernisation solution through tendering, negotiation and order\nBuilding long-term relationships with building owners, facilities managers, property managers, body corporates, asset managers, consultants and main contractors\nCoordinating the lift design and commercial process through to handover to our installation and maintenance teams\nDeveloping opportunities for Schindler digital and IoT service solutions\nDelivering against agreed sales, revenue and pricing objectives\nMaintaining accurate customer, opportunity and sales information in CRM\nCollaborating across the Schindler business to deliver a strong customer experience\nWhat you bring\nYou’ll be an experienced sales professional who understands the lift industry and can build credibility with customers, uncover opportunities and develop the right modernisation solution.\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\nPrevious lift/elevator industry experience.\nProven sales and customer relationship management experience\nExperience managing existing customer accounts while identifying and winning new business\nA strong understanding of lift systems and the ability to discuss technical solutions with customers and internal teams\nA structured, solutions-focused approach to sales\nStrong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills\nStrong project coordination and stakeholder management skills\nCommercial awareness and a working understanding of contractual and financial terms\nConfidence using CRM and other business systems\nPermanent or temporary eligibility to work in New Zealand\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin our purpose-driven organization.
