By joining us, you don’t just become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continue our rich legacy that started back in 1874.\nJoin us as a\nSenior Sales Representative - Modernization\nYour main responsibilities\n- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve modernization business targets.\n- Identify and develop opportunities from existing and new customers, including Schindler and non-Schindler equipment portfolios.\n- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and business partners.\n- Work closely with Service, Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful project execution.\n- Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business opportunities.\n- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and market analysis to identify potential modernization projects.\n- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth.\n- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nWhat you bring\n- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.\n- 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, construction or related industries.\n- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.\n- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.\n- Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven.\n- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.\n- Knowledge of elevator/escalator systems or modernization projects is an advantage.\n- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across departments and drive common business goals.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin our purpose-driven organization.
