We are looking for a motivated Senior Solution Engineer to join our European Application En-gineering team.\nKey responsibilities include:\nAs a Senior Solution Engineer, you will translate customer and project requirements into technically feasible, cost-effective product solutions. You will act as a key technical interface between Sales, Supply Chain, and pro-ject execution. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in an international environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while providing technical expertise.\n Lead the development of technical solutions for elevator projects, including complex and non-standard ap-plications.\n Prepare and review layout drawings, technical configurations and pre-engineering packages for offers and project orders.\n Assess technical feasibility, risks and deviations, ensuring solutions consider cost, manufacturability, instal-lation and maintainability.\n Coordinate technical requirements and project information with international teams, internal stakeholders, factories and suppliers.\n Monitor technical project progress, resolve complex engineering issues and provide technical guidance when required.\n Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations and quality requirements.\n Contribute to standardization, lessons learned and continuous improvement of engineering processes and solutions.\nWhat We Offer:\n A technically challenging role with exposure to complex international projects.\n An international working environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.\n A role combining technical engineering, problem-solving and project interaction.\n A clear development path toward technical expert, lead or broader engineering responsibilities.\nMobility needs you\nExperience:\n Typically, 5+ years of experience in Application Engineering, R&D Project Engineering or a similar tech-nical role.\n Experience in the elevator industry is strongly preferred.\n Experience working with international and cross-functional teams is an advantage.\nEducation:\n University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or another relevant tech-nical field.\nTechnical Skills:\n Strong ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements.\n Good understanding of technical configuration, feasibility assessment and engineering documentation.\n Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
