Be part of a company that supports innovation, prioritises quality, and puts its customers at the heart of everything we do.\nJoin us as a\nService and Callout Engineer\nYour main responsibilities\nCarry out routine servicing of lift equipment, including minor repair work and the routine replacement of components and in accordance with approved company procedures (PPE, PDA, 2+ etc)\n\nTo rectify and reduce faults on lift equipment in cases of breakdown and check to confirm correct functioning\n\nChecks to include, speed, motor start/stop, noise temperature and power supply using approved company issued tooling and protective equipment\n\nCarry out the routine inspection, adjustment, of escalator installations in accordance with approved procedures. Reinstate lift and complete service documentation\n\nCarrying out fault finding and diagnostic procedures using a range of techniques, technical manuals and appropriate test equipment, restoring equipment to service\n\nCompetence is required to make effective use of written or graphical information\n\nWhat you bring\nExperience in lift Servicing/ Maintenance/ Repairs preferred\n\nMust be happy to do night calls\nQualified to NVQ level 3 minimum in lift maintenance or equivalent\n\nAdvanced Electrical and Mechanical knowledge, including Multi-Brand equipment\n\nAdvanced problem-solving skills\n\nFull UK driving License\n\nThe ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and within efficiencies\n\nThe ability to work independently with a flexible approach\n\nGood communication skills at different levels (Client/Service Leader/Inspectors)\n\nManual dexterity - Requires the use of hands, arms and feet for repetitive lifting; use of hands and arms to operate various hand and power tools and to record written information\n\nProven fault finding and diagnostic skills\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin our purpose-driven organization.
