organization.\nWhat you’ll work on and why it matters:\nSupport the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability data and ESG KPIs that help measure our progress and inform strategic decisions.\nContribute to sustainability reporting activities, including drafting content and supporting disclosures aligned with CSRD, GRI, and other relevant standards.\nHelp improve reporting processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure high-quality and reliable sustainability data.\nResearch sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to support ongoing initiatives and compliance efforts.\nPrepare presentations, internal communications, meeting materials, and coordinate activities across the Global Sustainability Office.\nMobility needs you\nHow you like to work:\nYou communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.\nYou enjoy combining analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to solving problems.\nYou work independently, stay organized, and pay attention to details.\nYou collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and enjoy working as part of a team.\nWhat you bring and what you’ll develop:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or a related field.\nStrong interest in sustainability, ESG topics, and corporate responsibility, with a willingness to continuously learn.\nBasic understanding of sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, or frameworks such as CSRD and GRI is an advantage.\nFirst practical experience through internships, working student roles, projects, or volunteer work in sustainability-related areas is a plus.\nFluent English, German or additional languages are an advantage.\nItis essential that you have the
