Besides business operations, Schindler India has its own Corporate R&D Centre, Elevator and Escalator Factory and Shared Service Centre to support India operations, which is in-fact one of the fastest growing market now globally.\nJoin us as a\nTechnical Trainer\nYour main responsibilities\nLooking for an energetic and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver training on elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and service excellence. \nThe role involves conducting hands-on training using simulators, classroom instruction, and practical field coaching at customer and project sites.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and maintenance practices, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging and effective. \nThe trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs, assessing trainee competence, developing learning materials, and supporting technician assessments & certifications.\nThe candidate must be technology savvy, curious about emerging technologies, and willing to leverage digital learning tools, simulators, AI-enabled platforms, and modern training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.\nWe seek an individual who is humble, collaborative, and learner-focused, with a strong commitment to developing technical talent. \nExcellent in presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills are essential.\nWhat you bring\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.\nExperience in elevator maintenance, service operations, or technical training.\nStrong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in any one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada, or Malayalam).\nWillingness to travel for on-site training and field assessments as and when required\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin our purpose-driven organization.
