Working remotely, they coach and support rig site crews through Hypercare and the transition to the SaaS Managed Services model, providing first-line troubleshooting, workflow support, and issue escalation and follow-up. They act as a trusted advisor to the customer, helping them maximize value from the products in line with each project’s SOW.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Engagement and Support\nMaximize utilization of DrillOps Advisory and Automation by engaging and coaching the rig crew.\nSupport connectivity, software upgrades, and system availability with IT, the rig contractor, and support teams.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and process issues; set up users, roles, and workstations.\nLog software issues and enhancement ideas, propose bug fixes, and promote continuous improvement and cross-domain solutions.\nContribute to technical discussions on workflow optimization, past-well analysis, and project value; capture leads and opportunities.\nLead DrillOps implementation in the GU and hold performance reviews with DDEs, FDLs, and SDLs.\nDrillOps Setup and Operations\n Create wells in DrillOps and configure each well, section, and run from the Drilling Plan / Well Program (via DrillPlan DDP or manually).\nWork with the WE, DD/MWD, Driller, and Client to design settings and align RCS settings with Advisory and Automation.\nSupport review and optimization of constraints while drilling, within approved technical and operational workflows.\nCollect project KPIs, analyze planned vs. executed, and support end-of-section and end-of-well performance analysis.\nPrepare and distribute Daily and Section PDF reports covering utilization, observations, issues, escalations, opportunities, and lessons learned.\nRemote Monitoring and Escalation\n• Monitor job execution for system usage, advisory outputs, automation utilization, and deviations from workflow.\nMonitor data quality: missing channels, latency, incorrect mappings, rig state inconsistencies, and abnormal values.\nDocument utilization and system-related downtime for monthly RME KPIs; capture lessons learned from configuration, adoption, and execution gaps.\nEscalate unexpected behaviour with evidence: screenshots, timestamps, well/section/run context, active settings, and data channels.\nData and Documentation Management\nMaintain a structured folder per well: setup files, roadmaps, BHA information, checklists, reports, issue logs, screenshots, lessons learned, and final summaries.\nFollow naming conventions and version control; keep an issue and action tracker for each monitored job.\nStore troubleshooting and escalation evidence and ensure traceability of events, recommendations, escalations, and resolutions.\nKey Interfaces\nRig crew (Driller, DD/MWD), Well Engineering, Rig Contractor, GU teams (DDEs, FDLs, SDLs), IT, Service hubs, Digital/Product organization.\nSuccess Measures\nHigh utilization of Advisory and Automation\nQuality and timeliness of daily and section reporting\nSmooth Hypercare and SaaS transition\nWell-documented, traceable issue resolution\nCustomer satisfaction and demonstrated value from DrillOps\nField experienced Mud Loggers","description_format":"text","description_chars":3235,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T21:12:22Z"}],"liveness":{"score":3,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.104,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":176,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:8","stale_co","win:tail","crowd:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/schlumberger-digital-drillingedge-analyst","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/schlumberger-digital-drillingedge-analyst.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T04:26:29Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4720,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":280,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
