Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HSE Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) tasks, contributing to the overall safety and compliance of our operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HSE practices and procedures.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Assisting in maintaining HSE records, documentation, and databases.
- Supporting the HSE and site teams in reviewing, updating, and managing HSE documentation.
- Participating in the organization and coordination of HSE meetings.
- Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations related to HSE activities.
- Assisting with HSE inspections and workshop/site visits.
- Supporting the delivery of HSE safety induction presentations.
- Assisting with the assignment and validation of internal certifications and training records.
- Performing various administrative and supportive tasks related to HSE activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Master’s Degree or recently graduated a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.
- Motivation to learn and develop in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (mandatory)

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 - 5,000 RON gross.
