Support candidates through the interview process and keep them informed along the way.\nScreen, evaluate and conduct reference checks on candidates; maintain requisition and advertising databases.\nKeep up-to-date on recruiting requirements, standards and processes for each of the business groups, Product Lines and functions.\nSupport the staffing of new businesses and cross-Product Line initiatives.\nMaintain new employee files and Human Resources records. Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and recruiting files to support future activity.\nOrganize the logistics for all assessment sessions.\nAssist with the coaching and development of new team members.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Relations, or other related fields.\n1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience\nEnglish C1 + Portuguese is a plus\nPlease apply only if you meet the qualifications and requirements.\nSLB offers equal employment opportunity.
