Aufgaben
- Entwicklung kreativer Ideen und Konzepte für integrierte Healthcare-Kommunikation
- Gestaltung überzeugender und awardfähiger Arbeitsergebnisse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Beratung und Medical
- Unterstützung bei Pitches, Akquise und Business Development
- Einsatz und Experimentieren mit neuen KI-Tools und neuen Technologien
- Einbringen eigener Ideen, Trends und Inspirationen
Voraussetzungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Grafik- oder Kommunikationsdesign oder eine
vergleichbare Ausbildung
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Kreativagentur oder vergleichbare Praktika
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite, Neugier auf KI und neue Technologien. Kenntnisse in Figma und Premiere sind sehr willkommen.
- Ein scharfes visuelles Auge und ein gutes Gespür für Ästhetik und kreative Details
- Interesse an Mediendesign, Storytelling und der Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte
- Begeisterung für Gesundheit, KI, digitale Trends und den aktuellen Zeitgeist
- Teamplayer-Mentalität, hohe Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
- Mut, Offenheit und soziale Kompetenz
