  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Einkaufsstrategie
  • Verantwortung für Warengruppen-, Lieferanten- und Sourcing-Strategien
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des globalen strategischen Einkaufsteams
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer modernen, leistungs- und ergebnisorientierten Einkaufsorganisation
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss internationaler Verträge sowie Rahmenvereinbarungen
  • Steuerung, Monitoring und Reporting von Einsparungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen, Standards und KPI-Systemen
  • Strategischer Business Partner für die Geschäftsbereiche bei Entscheidungen zu Produkten, Technologien und Lieferketten
  • Sicherstellung der frühzeitigen Einbindung des Einkaufs in Entwicklungsprojekte, Produktroadmaps und Investitionsvorhaben
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche bei der Erreichung von Kosten-, Performance- und Margenzielen
  • Identifikation und Management von Lieferantenrisiken sowie Eskalationsmanagement
