This role will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, driving performance across upstream, downstream, and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will excel in supplier management, production planning, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.\nWhat will you do?\nResponsible for hierarchical management of operators including performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc. within department\nMay be responsible for job assignments of employees based on changes in demand and/or priorities.\nEnforce Safety rules throughout the sector\nReport and manage incidents.\nEnforce compliance with quality system to meet the required quality level.\nOptimize daily and weekly balance in workload and resources.\nTrain & adjust Material Handler programs according to customer priorities\nEnsure management of the logistics process of \nreceiving goods \nstocking \npicking \nMaterial handling \nshipping finished goods and wastes\nManage the Cycle Counting process throughout the facility\nLead employee meetings to communicate company goals and information\nSynchronize support function actors on short term actions\nManage warehouse processes performance and cycle event of the plant\nCoordinate with Supply Chain Planning Central team and deploy best practices\nEnsure accurate inventories with permanent alignment between operations & inventory \nGuarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached\nManage the yearly appraisal* of all hourly employees inside the sector\nMonitor and analyze logistic costs\nWhat qualifications will make you successful?\nPreferred Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is required or equivlement work experince\n3+ years experience in Warehouse Management and Shipping & Receiving \nExperience in leading and managing cycle counting process preferred\nInventory management, receiving, shipping experience preferred\nSupervisory experience preferred\nSAP experience a plus\nExperience in a manufacturing environment a plus\nPrevious Lean Manufacturing a plus\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to lead a team\nWe recognize that skills and competencies can be gained through various experiences. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
