You're part of a global team built on inclusion, mastery, purpose, action, curiosity, and teamwork, turning sustainability ambitions into actions.\nThis position is for an Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.\nWhat will you do?\nFull Ownership and responsibility of the success of the project.\nIdentifying variation orders, such as identify and interpret the customer change request.\nProject Progress tracking and reporting to customers and management in a timely manner, such as submittal/approval, cost, schedule, manpower, procurement and quality issue update;\nCost control, monitor, forecast and ensure delivery of financial commitment, cost, revenue, invoice to meet company forecast of Sales.\nAttending customer meeting, following up customer inquiry, request and areas of concerns, prompt and positive feedback with solution, plan work schedule for the project under responsibility\nSupport and lead Project engineers in large/ complex project situation\nOn time project review with Project Leader \n What qualifications will make you successful?\nMechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Degree. \n5-7 years of working experience Project Management in System integration and building management system or ACMV system\nInnovative and has strong passion for Energy Efficiency and Building Management\nPro-active and self-motivated team player\nGood Communication and interpersonal skills\nGood presenter and able to communicate fluently with customers.\nAble to work independently\nExposure to projects execution in Singapore\nPMI Certification preferred.\n Rewards designed for you\nOur Total Rewards is our way of saying: We see you and we value you.
